Space Oddity the song is from the album of the same name that was released by David Bowie in 1969, also considered the peak of David's addiction. The synopsis of the story is of a young astronaut of fame who is sent up in to space only to be cut loose and remains circling the earth. The tracks matter can be construed in many a way, neither of which is upbeat nor child friendly.
