HELLO KITTY: Vans Sneakers
While out and about one night a friend called me 'Hello Kitty', it must have been a Freudian slip. From then on SHE and others have continued linking me to the Hello Kitty obsession. Well now the people from Sanrio have taken the logical step to collaborate with Hello Kitty for a series of sneakers that will be available from June 2011. They come in three styles that include the classic checkered slip-ons, Sk8-Hi and Lo (pictured below). That reminds me, I best check my old Hello Kitty email address - for real!

SALE: Vans & Starter Caps
London’s own King Apparel will host a warehouse sale this week along with other street brand names. The sale starts on Thursday at Brick Lane’s East Gallery and keep an eye out for the Vans footwear and Custom Starter caps (as above), fine a list of other brands involved below.
THRASHER: Bondi Beach Bowl-A-Rama
Van's toured Australia and brought everyone from Pedro Barros to Steve Caballero to skate for the weekend at the Bondi Beach Bowl-A-Rama. Thrasher Magazine put together a video of the highlights (above), the results of the competition are below:
